Terms & Conditions :

• A booking deposit of 25% is payable to confirm your booking
• Balance and a refundable deposit of £100/€150 to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday departure date
• The penthouse location and local management details will be sent to you when your final payment is received
• On changeover days penthouses will be available from 3pm local time
• Penthouses must be vacated by 10.30am local time on day of departure. This will allow our maid service to prepare the penthouses for the next arriving guests
• Pets are not allowed
• Children are welcome!
• Smoking is limited to terraces only
• Bath and hand towels plus bed linen is supplied for use within the penthouse only
• Guests must supply their own pool/beach towels
• Please note that all prices quoted are per penthouse on a 7 day and daily basis
• Payments can be made in £ Sterling or Euros
